1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you") and the administration of the JewishTricks service ("JewishTricks", "we", "us").
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading software, or using any services on the JewishTricks websites, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, immediately leave the site and cease using our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

2. USER REQUIREMENTS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

2.1. Age: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, use of the service is permitted only with the explicit consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for your actions and payments.
2.2. Security: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing, selling, renting, or trading JewishTricks accounts is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any attempt to transfer an account to third parties will result in an immediate permanent ban without the right to a refund.

3. SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENT, AND BILLING

3.1. Subscription Model: Access to modifications and software is provided on a recurring subscription basis (unless stated otherwise).
3.2. Automatic Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment partners) to automatically charge your card/account at the end of each billing cycle. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
3.3. Cancellation: You may cancel the auto-renewal in your personal dashboard at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but access to the services will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
3.4. Chargebacks and Disputes: Any unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes through a bank/payment system will be treated as fraud. This will result in:

  • Immediate revocation of your licenses.
  • A permanent ban across all JewishTricks resources (including the forum).
  • Submission of your details to anti-fraud systems.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1. Digital Goods: As a general rule, all payments for digital services are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
4.2. Exceptions: A refund is only possible at our sole discretion, provided ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • No more than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
  • The product fails to function technically on your system in accordance with the stated description.
  • You have actively cooperated with our support team, and we have confirmed that the issue lies on our end and cannot be resolved.
    4.3. Refunds will be denied if: you change your mind; the product did not meet your subjective expectations; you forgot to cancel your auto-renewal; you received an in-game ban; the game updated and temporarily broke the mod's functionality.

5. OWNERSHIP AND LIMITED LICENSE

5.1. Access Rental: By paying for JewishTricks services, you are not purchasing software. You are acquiring a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to temporarily use our software and content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.2. Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Decompiling, modifying, cracking, or reverse-engineering any JewishTricks software.
  • Attempting to bypass Digital Rights Management (DRM) or license verification systems of our service.
  • Using our software to create competing products.
  • Reselling access to mods to third parties.
    Any of these actions will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund and possible legal action.

6. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. The JewishTricks service is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with the developers or publishers of the games for which modifications are provided (e.g., Valve, EA, Bethesda, etc.).
6.2. All registered trademarks, game titles, and graphical assets are the property of their respective legal owners. Our software interacts with these games, but we claim no copyright over the original game clients.

7. ONLINE GAMING RISKS AND MOD USAGE

7.1. Your Risk: The use of modifications, cheats, scripts, or any third-party software may directly violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service of the game publishers.
7.2. Account Bans: JewishTricks BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY for any game account bans, HWID bans, loss of in-game property, or status resulting from the use of our software. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with modifying gameplay.
7.3. Game Updates: Old (and new) games may be updated without warning. Updates can break the functionality of our mods. We make efforts to update our software, but we do not guarantee that mods will be adapted to new patches immediately. Periods of downtime due to game updates are not compensated.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

JEWISHTRICKS SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES, OR LACK OF ERRORS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL JEWISHTRICKS, ITS OWNERS, PARTNERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR GAME ACCOUNT BANS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES. IN ANY CASE, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF JEWISHTRICKS TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE PRECEDING CALENDAR MONTH.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JewishTricks and its representatives from any claims, lawsuits, or legal expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including the intellectual property of game developers.

11. OFFICIAL DOMAINS

JewishTricks provides services exclusively through the following domains:

  • jewishtricks.me
  • menu.jewishtricks.me
    We are not responsible for phishing sites, malware, or data loss resulting from the use of any other unauthorized resources impersonating JewishTricks.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of registration of the JewishTricks service owners. You unconditionally waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuits against JewishTricks.
