System requirements
Our software runs on standard Windows gaming PCs. If your machine can run the game itself smoothly, it can almost certainly run our launcher.
Operating system
| Requirement | Supported |
|---|---|
| Windows 11 (any edition) | Yes — fully supported |
| Windows 10 21H2 and newer | Yes — fully supported |
| Windows 10 older builds | Yes — fully supported |
| Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 | Partially supported |
| macOS / Linux / Steam Deck | Not supported |
| Windows in a VM (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V) | Partially supported |
We follow Microsoft's support lifecycle. When an OS build leaves mainstream support, we generally drop it within a few months.
Hardware
- CPU: 64-bit only (x64). ARM64 is not supported.
- RAM: 4 GB minimum.
- Disk: ~50 MB free for the launcher and a per-product cache.
- GPU: any GPU that runs the target game. We don't add meaningful GPU load.
System configuration
Some special products have stricter requirements. Always check the product page, but as a general rule:
- Administrator rights on the Windows account you launch from.
- Secure Boot — required by some products, blocked by others. The product page tells you which.
- TPM 2.0 — required by anti-cheats on a number of supported games. Enable it in BIOS if your CPU supports it.
- HVCI / Memory Integrity — usually needs to be off for kernel-mode products. The launcher will warn you.
- Hyper-V — must be disabled for products that conflict with the Hyper-V hypervisor.
Network
- A stable internet connection. The launcher needs to reach our authentication servers.
- We don't support running the launcher behind a corporate proxy that performs TLS interception.
- VPNs are allowed but can occasionally trigger our anti-fraud system. See Using a VPN with our service.
Antivirus
Microsoft Defender and most third-party antivirus products will quarantine our binaries on first run. This is a generic false positive — we sign every release. See Antivirus false positives for whitelisting steps.
